An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides resources to employees that help resolve personal issues that impact work performance. Optimum offers a confidential third-party counseling service to assist employees and their family members with issues such as depression, stress, alcohol abuse, and other emotional, financial, occupational and substance abuse problems.
Our EAP services include brochures, posters, newsletters, and articles, 24 x 7 access to masters-level EAP staff, up to three face-to-face counseling sessions a year, and referral to self-help groups and community resources.
